引用第114楼Jankonyex于2011-04-23 06:20发表的“”:
consider a function y = f(x)
y is known if and only if x is known
y = 0 or 1 for all x
y = psychological state
.......
Please, this is based on philosophy, not psychology. Though, I'm sure there are psychologic explainations to support what I'm saying.
真実(日本語) = Truth(English) = 真相(中文)
事実(日本語) = Fact(English) = 事實(中文)
現実(日本語) = Reality(English) = 現實(中文)
Distinguish these terms carefully.
Peoples' understanding of the Reality are based on Facts. The image concieved from Facts does not entirely reflect the Truth of the object itself. What you can see is only part of the Truth, something is always missing.
Fact and Truth may even be contradictory due to false information or improper interpretation of the facts. Truth is the true nature of the object, while Fact is what we can conclude by observing and examining the object through analysis.
People trend to see the good side of an object and ignore the flip side of it, solely because of simplicity. It actually works without incident most of the time and people are happy about it. Further understanding of the object may be deemed unnecessary. In other words, most people only know the part they absolutely need to know. And if people know more then what they want to know, chance is they will regret knowing it.
